Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Fanslink websites, services, and related offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws.

Fanslink provides creative, production, strategy, consulting, management, and related support services for creators, agencies, and businesses. Service scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in written agreements or order forms between you and Fanslink.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. You are responsible for maintaining the security of account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

Fees are set out in your proposal, invoice, subscription plan, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. Late or failed payments may result in paused services, additional charges, or account suspension.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, lawful content, and required access to systems or platforms. Delays caused by missing assets, approvals, or restricted access may affect delivery timelines.

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables created specifically for you are licensed or assigned according to your service contract after all outstanding fees are paid in full.

You may not use Fanslink services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where misuse, legal risk, or policy violations are identified.

Both parties agree to protect confidential business, technical, and commercial information disclosed during the relationship, except where disclosure is required by law or permitted in writing.

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. While we aim to deliver high-quality outcomes, we do not guarantee specific earnings, growth rates, platform performance, or business results unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanslink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or opportunities. Total liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the relevant services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate services according to contract terms. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain due, and access to active service environments may be restricted or removed as reasonably necessary.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
